is CEO of Corder and Waller Consulting, LLC and brings more than 35 years of experience working with nonprofit, educational, cultural, and healthcare organizations throughout Texas. A respected leader in philanthropy and fundraising, Karen has partnered with institutions ranging from museums and universities to independent schools, helping them achieve transformational growth and impact.

Throughout her career, Karen has worked alongside business, civic, and philanthropic leaders dedicated to strengthening their communities. Organizations served by Karen and her partner, Bob Corder, have collectively raised more than $3.9 billion in philanthropic support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Tech University.
