Julie Strahan

Julie joined the Science Mill in November 2025 as our Staff Accountant, supporting the organization’s financial operations. She grew up in Colorado and earned her degree in Global Tourism from Colorado State University.

With a well-rounded background in finance, HR, and office management, Julie thrives on improving business efficiency while supporting a mission with purpose—what ultimately drew her to the nonprofit world and to the Science Mill.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys reading, fly fishing, baking, and spending time with her loved ones, including her two Weimaraners and two cats. Her favorite Science Mill exhibit is the Light Loom—"it’s hard not to be mesmerized by it!"
