Angelica Alvis
Angelica has a long history of science communication, beginning with her early career in health communication and administration. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a concentration on Public Administration and minor in Geology. During her continued education she has completed three NASA professional development programs and served as an ambassador for two NASA programs.
Her favorite exhibit at the Science Mill is the African spurred tortoises, as they each have unique personalities and preferences that have been a joy to learn about over her tenure.
