TIM BOLLINGER

Tim is a lifelong science enthusiast and dinosaur nerd with a particular appreciation for keeping track of details, solving problems, and making complicated things a little easier for everyone involved. As Registrar, he serves as a point of contact for school groups, field trips, birthday parties, and outreach programs, helping visitors navigate everything from their first inquiry to the day they arrive at the museum.

Tim is also the creator of Total Dino, an educational dinosaur and paleontology project that combines his love of prehistoric life with his passion for making science approachable and fun. While dinosaurs may be his specialty, his curiosity extends well beyond the Mesozoic Era. He loves learning how things work, discovering strange and surprising facts, and sharing that excitement with others. He especially enjoys the moment when a kid realizes that science isn't just something they learn about in school - it's something they can explore for themselves.

Originally from California, Tim and his wife, Whitney, recently moved to Marble Falls with their 2-year-old son, who loved the Science Mill on their first visit. They're enjoying life in the Hill Country and are excited to be closer to family, and a fun exciting museum full of science.
