An AFTERNOON of botanical design, science, and a beautifully poured glass.
Step into a hands-on experience exploring kokedama—the Japanese art of growing plants in sculptural, moss-wrapped forms. Guided through the process, you’ll create your own living piece while discovering the science behind it, from soil composition and moisture retention to plant selection and long-term care.
As you shape, wrap, and refine your kokedama, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how plants absorb water and nutrients—and how this elegant method supports a thriving, self-contained ecosystem.
This experience is designed to be shared. Gather with friends, bring someone you love, or enjoy a thoughtfully curated evening out—pairing the quiet beauty of Japanese gardening with wine and charcuterie from Vinovium.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a finished botanical creation and the knowledge to care for it at home.
