Rick Loofs

General Manager, NOV Wellbore Technologies

Rick is General Manager of National Oilwell Varco's (NOV) Wellbore Technologies Cedar Park TX facility and is the former head of manufacturing operations for Entegris’ Specialty Chemicals & Materials business.  NOV's Wellbore Technologies is an international technology and service organization focused on helping customers in the energy sector reach new levels of efficiency and productivity. Rick has lead several multinational manufacturing organizations in his career as well as various other operational functions.  He is passionate about safety, excellence in operations and development of team members.

Rick is also active in the community serving on an External Advisory Committee at Texas A&M University, volunteering with his youngest son’s Boy Scout Troop in Georgetown, and mentoring other young professionals.  Rick and his wife are also very active in their local church leading a marriage enrichment ministry and mentoring younger couples.  Rick and his wife both graduated from Texas A&M, have two sons that have recently graduated from A&M, and another who is currently there.  Needless to say, there is a lot of maroon apparel in the Loofs’ household!
