Masters of Disguise

Join us on April 21 for a one-of-a-kind wildlife adventure as we explore animal adaptations with our Masters of Disguise exhibit! Meet our panther chameleon, Sinaloan milksnake, and Vietnamese mossy frogs and play along with the Dazzle Bug game to learn about these amazing animals and their camouflage capabilities.

Meet our good friend Jared Holmes, Herpetologist & Wildlife Educator with Bamberger Ranch, as he shows us some special adaptations of his snakes and other critters out on the ranch!

Take the whole family on a “BioBlitz” and use the Seek app or iNaturalist app to identify plants and animals in your own backyard to become a “backyard biologist!” Watch this week’s episode to learn more about how to use these awesome digital tools to start identifying and learning more about the natural world around you.
